The respect for your private life is of the utmost importance to us, and we have taken extra care, caution, and attention to explain our privacy policy to you. Our goal is to define and explain how we collect, use, process, and store your information when visiting our platform.

Personal Information or Personal Data referenced here means any personal information that can identify you as a person such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical/mailing address.

Consent

  • By submitting your Personal Information, you agree and acknowledge that you have read our terms and privacy policy, and you consent to us to process the information you provide to us as set out in this policy.
  • Excluding our NaWeLove dating section of the NaWeDey platform which is only accessible to persons over the age of 18 years, by registering on our platform or accessing NaWeDey, you represent and warrant to us that you are over 14 years of age or have the consent of an adult parent or guardian. To access NaWeLove dating section, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate your account once we become aware that you cannot consent or do not have the capacity to provide consent.

Platform Visitors

  • We collect aggregate data that web browsers and servers typically provide, such as the browser type, device type, and the date and time of each visitor request. NaWeDey’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to understand better how NaWeDey’s visitors use its platform.
  • NaWeDey also collects information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and may only disclose it when it is strictly necessary and important as described below.
  • We may collect statistical data about visitors’ behaviour to our platform and may display this information publicly. This statistical data will not include any personal information.

Your information may be transferred to our servers or to servers of our affiliates outside of your home country and by using NaWeDey, you consent to transfer such information to them.
  • To protect your user data against unauthorized access, the transmission of your Personal Information is encrypted through a series of access points including, but not limited to Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate, SSL protocol, firewall, off-site server backups, username and password, and virus and malware scan.
  • It is your responsibility to use a strong password consisting of alphanumeric characters, numbers, and symbols to safeguard your login on our platform.
